Clear Cut
Demolition and junk removal, priced from photos
Clear Cut is one Winnipeg crew that tears things down, hauls them away and sweeps up after. Most jobs start with a homeowner staring at a full garage or an old deck.
We built a site that turns that moment into a quote. Send photos, get a price, book the crew. The whole brand is built around that one idea.

Nobody browses a junk removal site. They arrive with a problem and want a price. Every decision on this project was about getting them to that price faster.
The Challenge
Demolition and junk removal are usually two companies, and both start the same way: someone drives out to look before naming a price. That visit costs the customer a day and the crew a trip. Clear Cut does both jobs and prices from photos, so the site had to make that offer obvious before a visitor went back to the search results.
The Strategy
Treat the photo quote as the site visit. Torn Down, Hauled Out says what the crew does in four words, and three promises do the rest: one crew, an upfront price from photos, a reply within one business day. Where most trade sites show made-up totals like 500+ jobs, the counters here count the offer: 2 services, 1 upfront price, 0 separate cleanup crews.
The Solution
The page follows the questions people ask before they send photos. What do you take? The services list spells out what each job includes. What will it look like after? Before-and-after photos show the empty garage, not the crew. What happens next? Three steps: send photos, get your price, we clear it. A quote button stays one tap away the whole time.

Bringing it together
Heavy grotesk headlines, solid black bands and real job-site photography give Clear Cut the confidence of a crew that's done this a thousand times. The palette stays black, white and grey so the photos do the talking.
The digital experience
The quote form is the product. It accepts photos straight from a phone camera, segments junk removal from demolition, and validates before sending so nothing gets lost. Smooth scrolling, staggered reveals and a sticky quote bar keep the page moving on mobile.
The outcome
Clear Cut has a site that sells both services at once and a quote flow that does the first site visit for them. [Add a result here once the numbers are in: quote requests per week or time to first reply.]
